[1]  ENGRI 113 recommended for CEE students.

[2]  Several intro biology courses are on the list of approved ENGRD 2XX courses in “category 8”.  Thus, this req’t for 3 cr of intro biology can advantageously be applied towards the CEE requirement for one ENGRD 2XX course.  Similarly, ENGRD 241 or CEE 304 can be used to satisfy the ENGRD 2XX requirement.  If any of these optional substitutions is made, the slot it occupied in the core or in the CEE program reverts to additional FAE.

[3] Students may satisfy the Micro/Organic requirement with CEE 451 or the combination of BIOMI 290 and CHEM 257 (or CHEM 357). If students take CEE 451, then the Chem 207-208 sequence is recommended.  If students take BIOMI 290, then they must also take Chem 257 (or 357) as part of their chemistry sequence.

[4] CEE 453 — but alternative courses may be developed and approved in the future.
